The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. It is a short walk to the nearest underground station. You do not need a key. The door opens with a code.
The shower was very dirty and had not been cleaned properly for a long time. There were also side tables, these are of no use.

The staff was friendly and accommodating upon my late arrival. This was such a relief as i was travelling with teenagers. my room also had a very generous tea and coffee tray, i greatly appreciated it. i enjoyed beers at the pub too. it.
the stairs to my room had some marks, it just gave me a feeling that they could have been cleaner.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and modern (I especially liked the bathroom). I appreciated the discount offered to guests at the pub downstairs. The food was good. The location near Wimbledon Park was convenient.
The street outside could be a bit noisy at times.
